    thicker and heavier with smaller holes for an ultra slow drip. This Brouilleur (French for mixing) is used in place of an absinthe spoon. Place atop your glass with a sugar cube inside. Slowly add ice cold water to dripper. Larger open area makes the L' Heure Verte Brouilleur easier to use than a standard spoon.
